Florida Democrats Want a Primary Debate, Charlie Crist Ignores Their "Noise"

For those of you interested in knowing what is going on in Florida’s heated gubernatorial race between Governor Rick Scott and Democrat Charlie Crist, here is a quick update.

Scott leads Crist in the polls by the slimmest of margins. Crist refuses to debate former Florida state Senator Nan Rich, who is also running as Democrat, even though the latest polls shows that 89% of Florida  Democrats want to see Rich and Scott hash it out before they take to the polls to vote.

Crist says he is focused on Scott, and not Rich, but will his dodging of Rich’s debate challenges hurt him in a general election against Scott?

The Democrat base may not come out and support Crist, even if he is the nominee. 

We have all seen this same story play out before.
