On today's Special report Charles Krauthammer disagreed with Senator Paul's stance on the use of drones in the U.S. (and I disagree with Dr. Krauthammer, which rarely happens. ) Krauthammer posited that he could think of a scenario in which an American terrorist, sitting at a cafe, posing no imminent threat, could/should be blasted with a drone strike.
But he also conceded that Rand Paul is making some very good arguments, and is obviously sincere in what he's saying. He called the filibuster of John Brennan nomination for CIA director a "stroke of political genius." He also said "This will be a moment that people will say has launched him as a national figure."
