To my friends on the right or otherwise, PLEASE STOP! Who gives a cr*p about skeet-gate? It's a distraction for a few more days when we should be talking about the economy. Ever wonder why these "non-issues" come out at a time when say ... the unemployment number ticks up?

You are easily goaded into the wrong argument while Obama runs out the political clock. Post it on facebook and twitter like I did with a sarcastic remark then move back to the economy and other real issues.

In response to Does Piers Morgan Know Something Atlanta's Police Chief Does Not?:

The link Piers provided goes to a story titled "Armed guard disarmed teen in Atlanta school shooting, police chief says." Is he suggesting the officer failed because he didn't stop the shooting before a single shot was fired? Isn't that moving the goal posts quite a bit? No one suggested putting psychic cops in schools just cops.

Follow up to what I posted earlier about the school shooting yesterday in Atlanta. Apparently, gun control advocate Piers Morgan thinks what happened yesterday (an armed cop disarmed the shooter with only one person hurt) is evidence that armed cops do not prevent school shootings. He tweeted "REVEALED: Armed guard was NOT able to stop Atlanta school shooting - http://www.sltrib.com/sltrib/world/55742445-68/police-shooting-parents-students.html.csp …"

Now that the laughably low-rated "30 Rock" has finally ended its seven season affirmative-action-for-elite-wealthy-liberals run on NBC, it looks as though HBO's "Girls" will replace it as the next artificially manufactured national phenom no one likes or watches except for elite, wealthy liberals who infest the media.

Colbert and Stewart also fit in there somewhere.

If you watched "The Daily Rundown,'" today, you heard NBC's Chief White House correspondent blame our economic woes on "austerity"; the collapse of our GDP on a decrease in government spending (specifically defense) -- even though federal spending increased last quarter, the increase in unemployment on fewer government jobs, and the collapse in consumer confidence on gridlock -- which is a partisan dog-whistle for "Republican."

Questions objective journalist Chuck Todd will never ask…
