The false choices of Skeet-gate

Feb 3, 2013 7:32 AM PT

In response to Stop getting into the wrong argument!:

Speaking for myself, David, I wasn't planning to let Skeet-gate distract me from any of the really important issues.  But it's hard to resist having a bit of fun with it.  The original story was amusing; the defensive over-reaction of the O-bots is freaking hilarious.  You've got constipated Obama hatchet men like Plouffe running around and calling anyone who doubts the official Presidential clay pigeon narrative "skeet truthers" and comparing them to "birthers."

Stop getting into the wrong argument!

Feb 2, 2013 11:00 AM PT

To my friends on the right or otherwise, PLEASE STOP! Who gives a cr*p about skeet-gate? It's a distraction for a few more days when we should be talking about the economy. Ever wonder why these "non-issues" come out at a time when say ... the unemployment number ticks up?

Apparently, gun control advocate Piers Morgan thinks what happened yesterday (an armed cop disarmed the shooter with only one person hurt) is evidence that armed cops do not prevent school shootings. He tweeted "REVEALED: Armed guard was NOT able to stop Atlanta school shooting - http://www.sltrib.com/sltrib/world/55742445-68/police-shooting-parents-students.html.csp "

Phony Phenoms: HBO's 'Girls' Is the New '30 Rock'

Feb 1, 2013 11:56 AM PT

Now that the laughably low-rated "30 Rock" has finally ended its seven season affirmative-action-for-elite-wealthy-liberals run on NBC, it looks as though HBO's "Girls" will replace it as the next artificially manufactured national phenom no one likes or watches except for elite, wealthy liberals who infest the media.

Colbert and Stewart also fit in there somewhere.
