I've had occasion to revisit Robert Creamer's rambling political manual, Listen to Your Mother: Stand Up Straight! How Progressives Can Win. He began writing it in federal prison in 2006, and provided a blueprint for Democratic victories in 2008 and beyond.

There is much to take note of--especially as Creamer (a recent ex-con, by the way) is very close to the Chicago cabal around Obama--but a little passage about media bias is worth noting. Creamer calls for the creation of a "progressive echo chamber":

Speaking for myself, David, I wasn't planning to let Skeet-gate distract me from any of the really important issues.  But it's hard to resist having a bit of fun with it.  The original story was amusing; the defensive over-reaction of the O-bots is freaking hilarious.  You've got constipated Obama hatchet men like Plouffe running around and calling anyone who doubts the official Presidential clay pigeon narrative "skeet truthers" and comparing them to "birthers."

Stop getting into the wrong argument!

To my friends on the right or otherwise, PLEASE STOP! Who gives a cr*p about skeet-gate? It's a distraction for a few more days when we should be talking about the economy. Ever wonder why these "non-issues" come out at a time when say ... the unemployment number ticks up?

You are easily goaded into the wrong argument while Obama runs out the political clock. Post it on facebook and twitter like I did with a sarcastic remark then move back to the economy and other real issues.

The link Piers provided goes to a story titled "Armed guard disarmed teen in Atlanta school shooting, police chief says." Is he suggesting the officer failed because he didn't stop the shooting before a single shot was fired? Isn't that moving the goal posts quite a bit? No one suggested putting psychic cops in schools just cops.
