Visual confirmation of Obama skeet shooting at last!

Feb 2, 2013 7:57 AM PT

I was willing to take the word of the unnamed friend of an anonymous witness on faith, because I am now an associate member of the Washington journalistic community, but at last - weeks after Barack Obama's risible pander to gun owners by claiming he, or more accurately "we," shoot skeet at Camp David "all the time" - the White House has coughed up a photo of the President firing a shotgun at something.

The White House has released a picture purporting to show President Obama "skeet shooting" at Camp David.  An activity he claims he does "all the time."

So Energy Secretary Steven Chu became the latest cabinet official to depart the Obama administration, receiving a fond farewell despite being one of the most spectacular failures in the long history of goofball government.

Rep. Darrell Issa (R-CA) gave him the sendoff he really deserves: "While many will remember Secretary Chu for his comments about the need to raise gas prices on American consumers and the high grades he publicly bestowed on himself, I found taxpayer losses on projects like Solyndra and the department’s deeply misguided effort to use taxpayer dollars as an investment bank for unproven technologies to be the most problematic aspects of his legacy."

Let Me Get This Straight

Feb 1, 2013 1:51 PM PT

So a United States Senator slated to become Chairman of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee strong-arms the U.S. State Department to approve a 20-year, $1 billion federal contract for Dominican port security with a firm owned by a Florida opthamologist / Medicaid fraud with no security background who supplied hundreds of thousands of dollars of campaign donations to said Senator and his party while owing $11 million in back taxes and also incidentally sent said Senator on his private jet to the Dominican Republic for statutory rape trysts with underaged prostitutes that he later shortchanged?

Allegedly.
