WASHINGTON, June 11 (AP) - (Kyodo)—(EDS: ADDING FOX TV REPORT)
North Korea is preparing to conduct its third nuclear test, U.S. media reported Thursday.
Fox television said Pyongyang is ready to conduct another nuclear test if the U.N. Security Council adopts a new resolution on North Korea expected to feature additional sanctions on the country.
CNN television, quoting a U.S government source, reported earlier that the United States has detected signs North Korea is preparing to conduct another nuclear test.
North Korea conducted its second nuclear test May 25, sparking international condemnation.
