ST. ANDREWS, Scotland, Nov. 7 (AP) - (Kyodo)—The following is the gist of a statement issued Saturday by the Group of 20 finance ministers and central bank governors after their two-day meeting in St. Andrews, Scotland.

The G-20 finance leaders:

-- agree on a timetable for peer review on global imbalances.

-- say the challenge is shifting from crisis response to balanced growth.

-- see economic recovery as uneven, relying still on stimulus measures.

-- say high unemployment is a major concern.

-- agree to keep stimulus in place until recovery is assured.

-- commit to make progress on climate change finance.
