"Billy Bishop Goes to War" is among four popular productions returning as part of the company's 2010 season.
Starring Eric Peterson and John Gray, "Billy Bishop Goes to War," joins David Mamet's "Glengarry Glen Ross," Lorraine Hansberry's "A Raisin in the Sun" and Charles Dickens' "A Christmas Carol."
In announcing the lineup, artistic director Albert Schultz also introduced a laboratory series and reiterated a commitment to presenting Canadian plays from across the country.
New stagings include Arthur Miller's "Death of a Salesman" and Sharon Pollock's family drama "Doc," which won the Chalmers Canadian Play Award and the Governor General's Award for drama.
"Billy Bishop" just completed a celebrated summer run in Toronto, roughly 30 years after its debut spawned an acclaimed national tour, TV special and accolades including the 1983 Governor General's Award for drama.
