Alleged Child Molester Kept DACA Amnesty Despite Risk Designation

A California camp counselor — now charged with child molestation and distribution of child pornography— was able to maintain his Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) status and job prior to his arrest despite being considered a “potentially egregious public safety,” the Obama administration has revealed to Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley (R-IA).

23 Arrested For Roles Smuggling Hundreds of Illegal Immigrants A Week

The U.S. Attorney’s Office in Western Texas announced the 23 arrests and two additional arrests for federal drug charges this week. Authorities say the illegal immigrant smuggling ring operates in Eagle Pass, Crystal City, Carrizo Springs, Uvalde, San Antonio, Laredo, Dallas and other areas of Texas.

Amnesty Group Warns Senate Dems Against Targeting Sanctuary Cities

The group, Presente.org, names Sens. Dianne Feinstein (D-CA), Barbara Boxer (D-CA), and Dick Durbin (D-IL) as its primary Democrats of concern after those lawmakers signaled support for introducing legislation targeting sanctuary cities. House Oversight Republicans Call For Removal Of IRS Commissioner, Threaten Impeachment

“As leader of the IRS, Commissioner John Koskinen has repeatedly failed to take responsibility for the destruction of evidence by the agency an the numerous misstatements he made to Congress abut this matter. Because of his actions, and the actions of others at the agency he leads the American people may never know the truth about the IRS’ targeting for conservative-tax-exempt applications,” the lawmakers wrote Monday in the nearly 30-page letter highlighting the Committee’s findings against Koskinen and the IRS to comply with their probe.
