Polls have closed in Illinois, where voters will decide a number of hotly contested primaries in both parties. Democrats have tight races for Governor and U.S. Senate. GOP has a close race for Governor and a less competitive race for U.S. Senate. There are a number of other competitive races across the ballot. Turnout seems at an almost historic low, so almost anything could happen.
