Incoming House Judiciary Chairman Rep. Lamar Smith (R-TX) appeared on the Hugh Hewitt Show today. When asked about the Pigford Settlement the congressman said “There are still a lot of questions about that money that was spent and whether individuals were discriminated against or not and that would be a right subject for an oversight hearing.”
