This week, President Barack Obama will take a break from his golf game to address the nation on his plans to trim the budget deficit. Fiscal conservatism is the new black, it seems. We’re guessing his cuts won’t be as ambitious as those unveiled last week by Rep. Paul Ryan (R-WI).
