Now the CIA Investigates Petraeus?

Is there anyone in the room who doesn’t think the Obama Administration is trying to bully General David Petraeus into silence? NBC News is reporting that the CIA is now opening an investigation into the affair Petraeus had with Paula Broadwell to see if Petraeus abused CIA resources to further the affair.

Is there anyone in the room who thinks that there’s something nefarious going on when the CIA is conducting the investigation only now, when Petraeus is testifying about the Benghazi assault and murder of four Americans, when it was virtually public knowledge within the intelligence community well before the election?

If there’s anyone in the room who believes that this investigation’s timing is not an attempt to silence Petraeus, there’s this bridge for sale . . .
