CA School District Doesn't Notify Parents After Bus Driver Arrested for Sexual Assault on Child

In a shocking display of arrogance from Rocklin Unified School District in California, district officials decided not to inform parents that a bus driver had been arrested for allegedly molesting a child. The driver, Eric Deason, 50, was arrested in early June on charges of violently assaulting a child, committing lewd acts with a child, and committing sodomy on a child. Parents, however, were not informed of this fact.

“Every indication that we know right now is that the situation does not involve any Rocklin Unified School District students,” explained Assistant Superintendent Mike Garrison.

Deason passed a background check for the job.
