Rubio Spends '60 Seconds' on Immigration in 35-Minute Speech

Sen. Marco Rubio (R-FL), who has been silent on the issues of immigration reform ever since the bill he championed in the Senate passed in June, reportedly broke that silence–for about a minute–while speaking to around 300 people on Monday at an event in Jacksonville, Florida.

According to Bloomberg News, Rubio delivered at 35-minute speech and touched upon issues like Obamacare and taxes but only “spoke about his immigration bill for about 60 seconds.”
