Palin Calls Out Obama's 'Leadership Failure' on Debt Ceiling

On Friday, former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin blistered President Barack Obama with his own words for his leadership failure on the debt ceiling.

Palin called Obama out on Facebook by citing Obama’s words in March of 2006, when Obama was a United States senator:

The fact that we are here today to debate raising America’s debt limit is a sign of leadership failure…Increasing America’s debt weakens us domestically and internationally. Leadership means that “the buck stops here.”

Palin then cited President Obama’s words from two weeks ago:

Now, this debt ceiling — I just want to remind people in case you haven’t been keeping up — raising the debt ceiling, which has been done over a hundred times, does not increase our debt; it does not somehow promote profligacy.

Palin simply asked, “A sign of leadership failure?”
