34 Times More Gun Background Checks than Obamacare Signups in October

During the month of October, 34 times as many Americans went through background checks for firearm purchases than signed up for Obamacare. 

According to ZeroHedge.com, just 49,100 Americans signed up for a health insurance plan through Healthcare.gov. 

During this same period of time, 1,687,599 Americans went through the National Instant Criminal Background Check System (NICS) for gun purchases. 

Multiple guns can be purchased with each NICS background check. Thus, while stores completed over one and half million background checks, that could add up to three million guns purchases or more.
