The Word According to Barack Obama: Ask not what your country can do for you; ask your bartender for a free beer so he can sell the virtues of Obamacare to you.
Obama told the crowd at Wednesday’s White House Youth Summit to push Obamacare on their friends, and he had some suggestions as to what method to use, including, “If you are a bartender, have a happy hour. And also probably get health insurance because a lot of people don’t have it.”
Ted Danson, where are you?
Obama added, “If you’ve got a radio show, spread the word on air.”
Then he paraphrased JFK, “[The] bottom line is that I’m going to need you, the country needs you.”
Funny how he says he needs the same group that he’s killed with unemployment.
Obama also targeted student body presidents and workers at nonprofit organizations, telling them to help people enroll in his signature legislation.
