Marco Rubio: 'I Don't Think There's A Responsible Way To Recreationally Use Marijuana'

Sen. Marco Rubio (R-FL) came out strongly against the legalization of marijuana in an interview with ABC News reporter Jonathan Karl.

Karl asked Rubio if he ever smoked marijuana – which is now legal in the states of Washington and Colorado.

Rubio declined to answer the question, explaining that people either refused to believe him if he said that he didn’t or that people would use his behavior as an excuse – if he said that he did.

Rubio also refused to answer the question in February 2014, calling it an “irrelevant” question.
