MOUNT PLEASANT, Mich., May 29 (UPI) —
While he addressed a group of Republicans during an event in Michigan on Wednesday, U.S. Rep. Paul Ryan (R-WI) took a break from praising Congressman Dave Camp to crack a couple of jokes.
Ryan told the crowd, that was gathered at the Bucks Run Golf Club in Mount Pleasant, that he has endured plenty of “humbling moments” during career, including being mistake for other politicians.
The former vice presidential candidate said he took a photo with a woman in the Milwaukee airport who thought that he was Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker.
He’s also been confused with sexting expert and ex-NYC mayor candidate Anthony Weiner.
Weiner also doesn’t take kindly to the mix-ups and called being confused with Ryan is “the final insult.”
