Frozen chicken strips lead to charges for Zachary Suppan of Upper Macungie Township

UPPER MACUNGIE TOWNSHIP, Pa., June 12 (UPI) —

Who knows what would have happened if frozen pizzas were involved…

A Pennsylvania teen is facing multiple charges after allegedly assaulting his brother and mother after an incident involving frozen chicken strips.

The fight began after Zachary Suppan’s 20-year-old brother put a package of frozen chicken strips back into the freezer at their Upper Macungie Township home.

According to Suppan’s parents, the 18-year-old then began tossing things around the kitchen and then went to pout in his bedroom. The Suppans asked their son to leave the house, but he refused, WFMZ reported.

The situation took a violent turn when Suppan allegedly shoved his mother and then attacked his older brother when he stepped in to help.

Suppan was charged with simple assault, harassment and defiant trespass.

No live chickens were harmed during the incident.
