A majority of Americans oppose House Speaker Rep. John Boehner (R-OH)’s (R-OH) lawsuit against President Barack Obama for his executive actions on Obamacare.
A CNN poll found that 41% of Americans approve while 57% disapprove. Among Republicans, 75% approve of the lawsuit.
As Breitbart News reported, Boehner’s lawsuit omitted any mention of Obama’s executive actions and lawlessness on illegal immigration. Critics of Boehner’s lawsuit have said it could embolden Obama to enact more executive actions if courts find that it does not have standing.
The poll was conducted July 18-20, and it has a margin of error of +/- three percentage points.
