Report: Obama May Increase High-Tech Visas with Exec Actions

President Barack Obama is reportedly considering using executive actions to give more guest-worker visas to high-tech companies like Microsoft and Facebook, even though the country has a surplus of American high-tech workers.

According to a report in the Washington Post, in addition to enacting “broad” executive actions to grant temporary amnesty and work permits to millions of illegal immigrant adults in the United States, Obama may also allow more guest workers to come to America. He reportedly is considering using “his executive powers to make more foreign-worker visas available for high-tech and agriculture firms.”

As Breitbart News has been extensively documenting, despite the millions that Mark Zuckerberg’s FWD.us has spent to push high-tech visas and amnesty, numerous scholars and studies have shown America has a surplus of high-tech labor. And there will be even more unemployed high-tech workers in the next year as Microsoft announced it would lay off 18,000 workers just one week after Bill Gates advocated removing the cap on high-tech visas in a New York Times op-ed.

After a Census report found that “74% of those with a bachelor’s degree in these subjects don’t work in STEM (science, technology, engineering, math) jobs,” even mainstream media organizations like CBS News concluded that the often unchecked notion that America has a shortage of high-tech workers is a myth.
