Whatever you take from the White House, they want you to know that President Obama is dedicated to “degrade and destroy” the Islamic State terrorists of ISIS.
Members of the White House have feverishly repeated the phrase since Obama admitted earlier this month that he didn’t have a strategy yet to defeat ISIS in Syria.
White House Press Secretary Josh Earnest repeated some form of the phrase 12 times during Tuesday’s press conference.
