White House: Sen. Begich 'Entitled to His Opinion' on Obama Relevance

White House Press Secretary Josh Earnest argued that President Obama was still relevant in many ways, even though Sen. Mark Begich (D-AK) has told Alaska voters that Obama is not relevant in the midterm elections. 

Begich, like many other Democrats running for re-election in red states, is distancing himself from Obama as the election approaches.
