On the eve of their team’s playoff game against the Carolina Panthers, Seattle Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson and cornerback Richard Sherman are out with a new public service announcement promoting Obamacare.
Friday, the Department of Health and Human Services released the video featuring the two Seahawks encouraging Americans to enroll.
“When your health or the game is on the line, nothing is more important than quality coverage,” Sherman says in the ad.
Wilson follows on with, “so make the right call, visit HealthCare.gov and get covered.”

HHS Secretary Sylvia M. Burwell thanked the pair in a statement.
“I want to thank Russell and Richard for volunteering their time to raise awareness about the importance of enrolling in health insurance coverage and join them in calling for people to visit HealthCare.gov and check out their options,” she said.
