State Department: John Kerry Is A Hugger And That’s Not A Bad Thing

On Fox News last night, State Department spokesperson Jen Psaki defended John Kerry’s decision to bring James Taylor to France to sing a song, as well as Kerry’s penchant for hugs.

“He is a hugger. I don’t think that’s a bad thing,” Psaki explained in a conversation with host Megan Kelly.

“Apparently the French think it is. But that’s the French,” Kelly replied.

Psaki also defended the James Taylor appearance with John Kerry in Paris.

“I was there at that event. It was a very warm event. It was a very emotional event,” she said.
