A source close to former HP CEO and likely presidential candidate Carly Fiorina says she will announce whether she will run for president on May Fourth.

A source close to Fiorina also confirmed to Breitbart News that she will make an announcemeent on that date, even though her official staff wouldn’t comment on the matter.

Conservative radio personality David Webb, host of The David Webb Show on Sirius XM, posted on his Twitter Friday saying a source close to Carly Fiorina has said he will announce whether or not she will run for president on Monday May 4th.

Fiorina has been a strong critic of Hillary Clinton, the likely Democratic nominee. Fiorina recently told Fox News, “No matter what that man [any male GOP candidate] says, she will play the gender card or the war on women card. She won’t be able to do that with me.”

“If Hillary Clinton were to face a female nominee, there are a whole set of things that she won’t be able to talk about. She won’t be able to talk about being the first woman president. She won’t be able to talk about a war on women without being challenged. She won’t be able to play the gender card,” added Fiorina.

The announcement would come around the same time as Fiorina’s book tour for her second book, Rising to the Challenge: My Leadership Journey, is to begin.
