Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton has suddenly decided that she cares about babies.

The noted Planned Parenthood supporter tweeted Wednesday night in response to Republican Jeb Bush’s use of the term “anchor babies” to describe illegal immigrant children who are born in the United States while their parents are here illegally.

“If there’s abuse, if people are bringing — pregnant women are coming in to have babies simply because they can do it, then there ought to be greater enforcement,” Bush said on Bill Bennnett’s radio show. “That’s [the] legitimate side of this. Better enforcement so that you don’t have these, you know, ‘anchor babies’, as they’re described, coming into the country.”

Clinton-friendly Politico noted that “anchor babies” is a “derogatory term.”

Clinton, seizing on the opportunity to appeal to the open-borders set, tweeted, “They’re called babies.”

But Clinton’s stated support for babies is a major policy reversal.

Clinton recently supported Planned Parenthood after executives and doctors from the abortion-provider were caught on undercover camera discussing selling aborted fetus parts.

“It is unfortunate that Planned Parenthood has been the object of such a concerted attack for so many years,” Clinton said on the campaign trail, “and it’s really an attack against a woman’s right to choose, to make the most personal difficult decisions that any woman would face.”

A new video released Wednesday revealed that medical professionals at a Planned Parenthood facility cut through the face of a fully developed aborted baby in order to salvage his precious brain for sale on the baby-part market.
