Hillary Clinton: I Voted To ‘Build A Barrier’

Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton says that she proudly voted numerous times to “build a barrier” to keep out illegal immigrants.

This is Clinton’s first noticeable use of the “barrier” talking point during her campaign. But, on a campaign stop in New Hampshire, she stopped short of saying the word “wall.”
