Sara Blackwell, the Florida attorney representing the former Disney workers replaced by foreign workers, tells Breitbart News Daily that when it comes to the 2016 budget deal, “the absence of any discussion on H-1B and L visas to protect American workers that are already being fired is atrocious,” adding, “the inclusion of multiplying the H-2B visas, … is it not enough to take away American jobs that are … in a key field, now we have to start taking away jobs that are unskilled?”

Said Blackwell:

We already have illegal aliens taking away the very low-paying jobs. we have the H1-B and L visas taking away hundreds of thousands of jobs in the IT field and now we’re going to have this number of American workers who are not going to get a job because of this push for expansion of H2-B.  We are purposely pushing out American workers.

She said the current House bill sends the message that corporate greed is winning and will always win when it comes to American jobs.

Blackwell cited security as the other significant area of concern as regards the bill. “I think this bill misses the mark on security and I think it misses the mark on protecting Americans and American jobs. I think it’s really bad for America,” she concluded.
