LAS VEGAS, Nevada — Breitbart News ran into Eric Trump, son of Republican frontrunner Donald Trump, in the lobby of — where else? — the Trump International Hotel on Monday evening.

The businessman, the third of Trump’s five children, who speaks frequently on his father’s behalf on the campaign trail, told Breitbart News that the Trump campaign hoped to win Tuesday’s caucuses, and did not care whether Sen. Marco Rubio (R-FL) or Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) came in second.

Trump added that he expected Tuesday to be a “very lucky” day for the campaign, saying he had “fingers crossed.”

He added that the Trump family had roots in the state far deeper than the election.
“I actually spent five years building this building,” he said. “We put a lot of blood, sweat, and tears into this state, outside of the election.”
