Republican presidential candidate Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) says:, “the only campaign that can beat Donald Trump is this one.”
Cruz, speaking at his post-caucus party in Nevada, repeated his pitch that he is the only candidate that can compete with Trump. He noted that he is the only candidate, other than Trump, to win an election so far.
“The only campaign that has beaten Donald Trump…is this campaign,” Cruz said. “There are clear choices in this race,” he added.
Cruz also argued that he is the best candidate to champion conservative causes in the White House.
“Ask yourself who has led the fight against amnesty? If you want a president who will repeal Obamacare, ask yourself who has led the fight against Obamacare?”
