A 23-year-old Idaho man, Christopher Stefan Studivant, was arrested Monday and charged with video voyeurism.

A female shopper at a Mountain Home clothing store said she was trying on swim suits when she noticed a camera phone that had been placed under her dressing room door.

Studivant was an employee at the clothing store where the woman was shopping.

Police said Studivant admitted to taking photos of the woman while she was in the dressing room.

Studivant was charged with video voyeurism and released from the Baxter County jail after posting a $2,500 bond.

Studivant reportedly told the investigating officers that, among other reasons, he took the pictures of the women because he knew it would be sexually gratifying.

If convicted of video voyeurism, Studivant could face up to six years in prison and a $10,000 fine.
