Police arrested three men in Florida for aiming AR-15 rifles at the street from a Miami Beach penthouse balcony.

Mohamed Azab Youssef, 39, Artur Schaback, 28, and Ivan Suhharev, 28, were all arrested Friday after witnesses noticed Schaback and Suhharev aiming a rifle off the penthouse balcony and Schaback wearing a mask, CBS Miami reported.

A witness told 911 that they were pointing the weapon at tourists and citizens walking by.

“I did see a handful of different officers with rifles, pistols, shotguns, the whole nine,” said witness Chris Clayborne to CBS Miami. “It was the real deal.”

The men snapped photos of them holding the weapon, police say.

A SWAT team later searched the area and found the rifle, 500 rounds of ammunition, cocaine, hashish, and drug paraphernalia. They detained four people, including one minor.

Schaback and Suhharev confessed to improperly displaying the weapon and were charged with improper exhibition of a firearm, police say.

Youssef reportedly told police the drugs were his, and police charged him with possession and intent to sell.
