A West Virginia man allegedly stalked women and squirted them with semen after masturbating into a syringe, according to an arrest affidavit.

Timothy Blake, 28, was charged on December 30 with two counts of felony obscenity after two women filed complaints about having semen squirted at them by an unknown male, the Daily Mail reported.

Ohio police said they received a November 2 report from a woman about a “creepy” man who followed her around Walmart, according to an arrest affidavit obtained by CBS News.

The woman told police she felt something wet on her back and went to the bathroom to clean up the sticky substance. The man was waiting for her and staring at her as she came out of the bathroom.

Another woman filed a similar report on December 28.

Police tracked Blake down after taking into account the woman’s description of his face and company truck and reviewing surveillance video from Walmart, the News and Sentinel reported.

He was arrested while at dinner with his wife.

When questioned, Blake allegedly admitted to 12 instances during two months of masturbating, filling a syringe with his semen, following women around a Walmart, and spraying their backsides with semen.

Blake reportedly originally told police that the material he used was egg yolk, until an officer told him they tested the material. He then admitted that he used semen, but only sometimes.

When police asked him what he thought he was doing, he answered that it may have been his “way of having sex with these women.”

Blake also said he was molested as a child and his wife was unaware of what he was doing.

Blake was released on $11,000 bail Tuesday, but he is required to wear an ankle monitor with GPS tracking as part of the conditions of his release, according to The Smoking Gun.
