Landlord Evicts Teen Who Blasted ‘F*** Tha Police’ During Officer Miosotis Familia’s Funeral

A Bronx teenager who blasted the NWA song “F*** Tha Police” on repeat from the window of his apartment during Officer Miosotis Familia’s funeral has been evicted from his apartment, the building’s landlord said Friday.

Landlord Danny Morales said he ordered the tenant who allowed Julien Rodriguez, 16, and his older sister to live in the tenant’s apartment on the third floor to evict them, the New York Post reported.

“I called him and told him he needs to take care of this right away,” Morales said. “I told him it’s disrespectful and they can’t be doing this. The police lost a family member. We all need to come together and respect that.”

Morales added that he was personally offended by Rodriguez’s action because his nephew, Saul Quiles-Morales, works as a police officer in the NYPD’s 40th precinct.

“I wouldn’t want to see him lying in a box also. We need to respect the police,” Morales said.

The tenant, who would only identify himself as “Jesus,” called the 16-year-old and his sister “lowlifes” and stressed that he had nothing to do with the incident.

“They’re gone. The case is closed. They’re no longer in my house. I don’t know where they went,” he added.

Rodriguez cranked up the gangster rap music Tuesday morning as police officers arrived at Officer Miosotis Familia’s funeral at a church around the corner.

Officer Familia was murdered Wednesday after a gunman shot her in the head while she sat in her vehicle.
