Richard Dreyfuss as Obama: Actor Pens Fever Dream-Style Press Conference

Richard Dreyfuss may have a little too much time on his hands in between acting gigs.

The star of “Jaws,” “The Goodbye Girl” and “W.” penned on op-ed this week in the form of a fictional presidential press conference.

Titled, “I Had a Dream Last Night,” it’s a collection of straw men gathered ’round for Dreyfuss’ amusement, but any connection to reality is strictly coincidental.

The piece slams Rick Santorum, Justice Clarence Thomas and the GOP in general, using disproved talking points and a heaping helping of creative license.
