Obama Talks Secret Service with Fallon on 'Late Night'

CHAPEL HILL, N.C., April 24 (UPI) — U.S. President Barack Obama said he doesn’t know what the Secret Service agents connected to the misconduct in Colombia were thinking.

During the taping of the “Late Night with Jimmy Fallon” show at the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill, N.C., Obama said he has the greatest respect for the Secret Service, 12 agents of which have been accused of misconduct in Cartagena, Colombia, in advance of the Summit of the Americans earlier this month.

The taping followed a speech Obama gave at Carmichael Arena where he called on Congress to prevent interest rates on student loans from doubling July 1.

Fallon joked Obama had promised not to pander to UNC students but had changed his campaign slogan from “Yes we can” to “Duke sucks.”
