Last Friday, thanks to a tip from a Citizen Journalist, Breitbart News broke the story of a new reality show MTV was casting that would follow young adults in a debasing quest to lose their virginity. Today, MTV has announced they are not going forward with the show:
“This was a preliminary casting notice, and we’re not moving forward with a pilot,” a rep from the network told FOX411’s Pop Tarts column.
The other news here is that thanks to a tipster, New Media, and a Twitter frenzy that followed, MTV has actually been shamed into doing the right thing — something once considered impossible.
