Los Angeles police are investigating an incident in which Justin Bieber scuffled with a photographer who snapped pictures of the teen idol while he was on a date with starlet Selena Gomez.
Bieber and Gomez were just leaving a movie theater in Calabasas when a paparazzo took the pictures, prompting Bieber to get physical. The photographer called 911, complaining of chest pain and was taken to a hospital, where he was treated and released.
Bieber and Gomez left before deputies arrived, so investigators want to question him to hear his version of what happened. Because of the claims of the paparazzo, police are investigating the incident as misdemeanor criminal battery.
Bieber reportedly yelled “F— you” at his fans in Disneyland in February when he was on a date with Gomez. Apparently the pressure of dealing with the public is beginning to take its toll.
