Adam Carolla had a busy 2012, launching his own alcohol line, re-teaming with ex-“Loveline” partner Dr. Drew Pinsky and expanding his podcast empire to include libertarian magician Penn Jillette.
Now, Carolla is being honored for his groundbreaking podcast.
iTunes’s just released “end of year” list named “The Adam Carolla Show” the best podcast of 2012, and the audio version of “Not Taco Bell Material” was one of only two comedy audio books on iTunes Top 10 list last year.
“The Adam Carolla Show,” with more than 60 million downloads to date, is home to some of the more vigorous defenses of capitalism across media outlets. Carolla is also one of only a handful of entertainers to humorously target the Occupy Wall Street movement.
