LOS ANGELES, April 15 (UPI)–Comedian Jimmy Kimmel officiated the marriage-vow renewal ceremony of actor Matt Damon and his wife, Luciana, on the Caribbean island of St. Lucia.
Kimmel and Damon have joked about their faux rivalry for years on TV’s “Jimmy Kimmel Live!” but UsMagazine.com said Kimmel served as the surprise officiant at Damon and his wife’s second wedding this past Saturday.
Among the guests at the sunset event at the Sugar Beach Resort were Kimmel’s fiancee Molly McNearney; Damon’s best friend, actor-director Ben Affleck and his wife, actress Jennifer Garner; actor Stanley Tucci and his wife Felicity; former first daughter Chelsea Clinton and her husband Marc Mezvinsky;
Dress designer Naeem Kahn and his wife Ranjana; Damon’s “Good Will Hunting” and “Promised “Land” director Gus Van Sant; actor Chris Hemsworth and his wife Elsa Pataky; actor Chris Messina and his wife Jennifer Todd; and actress Emily Blunt and her husband, actor John Krasinski, UsMagazine.com said.
Damon and his wife married in a small, private ceremony in December 2005. They have four daughters.
