Bradley Cooper Visits Boston Bombing Victim

Bradley Cooper often plays the hero on screen, but Friday the Oscar-winning actor focused his star power on cheering up a victim of this week’s Boston Marathon bombing.

Cooper, a Philadelphia native in Boston for a movie shoot, visited the hospital room of Jeff Bauman, Jr. who had to have both legs amputated after getting seriously injured in the April 15 terrorist attack. Cooper was joined by New England Patriots’ wide receiver Julian Edelman.

The football star tweeted out a picture of the meeting.
