A Tribeca Film Festival press representative told Breitbart News it had to turn away ticket holding, pro-fracking farmers from Sunday’s Gasland Part II screening because the theater was full.
Not only were there empty seats in the theater where the anti-fracking film was shown, filmmaker Phelim McAleer caught Tribeca workers on video saying the festival wasn’t “comfortable” letting the farmers inside after they questioned the film’s director minutes before the screening.
The farmers greeted director Josh Fox and anti-fracking celebrity Yoko One to tough questions while the two walked the red carpet for the film’s premiere at the New York festival.
Note: The signs on the seats in the photograph accompanying this post were to hold seats for the pro-fracking, ticket holding farmers who planned on watching the film.
