Sometimes even spell check can’t save someone from looking foolish on social media.
Take Molly Ringwald, the actress best known for her work in the seminal ’80s teen movie Sixteen Candles. Ringwald tried to throw her full support behind Wendy Davis’s bid for governor in Texas, but she ended up sounding a little … confused … about the title in question.
Ringwald tweeted out a picture of herself standing next to Davis, the two pro-choice women beaming at the camera. Ringwald’s message, though, featured one big gaffe:
Support this woman. The next governor of Houston, Texas.
