9/11 Truther Rosie O'Donnell Gets Standing Ovation in 'View' Return

Rosie O’Donnell, the comedienne who said she doesn’t believe the “official story” regarding the 9/11 attacks on America on The View, received a standing ovation when she returned to the show this week.

The taped episode, set to air at 11 a.m. EST tomorrow, marks the first time the far-left comic graced The View’s tage since leaving in 2007.

ABC shared the news of the reunion today, teasing the discussions viewers will here on Friday’s telecast.

Never shy on opinions, the Emmy® Award-winner joins the co-hosts for Hot Topics, shares how her life dramatically changed since leaving “The View” and makes a declaration that even she thought she would never say.

O’Donnell frequently attacked the show’s lone conservative, Elisabeth Hasselbeck, during her short tenure on the talk show. O’Donnell also said the narrative regarding 9/11 wasn’t true, stopping short of blaming the attacks on the government but alleging the incident was the first time in history that fire melted steel.

Popular Mechanics magazine debunked O’Donnell’s claims shortly thereafter.
