Tardy Katy Perry Booed Off Catwalk

Katy Perry is beautiful enough to grace a modeling catwalk, but when she did just that recently the reception was far from adulatory.

Perry, a vocal proponent of President Barack Obama as well as his signature health care reform, got booed by photographers Thursday after her late arrival to a Milan runway show. Her tardiness caused a nearly one hour show delay, and the assembled shutterbugs weren’t pleased.

Perry, 29, walked the runway in a curve-hugging black and gold dress — but instead of applause she was met with heckles and jeers from annoyed attendees.

“You’re all going to get your picture, so shut the f-k up,” the “Dark Horse” singer fired back at the crowd.
