Lena Dunham Is 'Disgusted' by Woody Allen's Behavior, Won't Condemn His Work

Girls star/creator Lena Dunham thinks its wrong to pore over every Woody Allen film to find clues about whether or not he sexually molested his daughter Dylan Farrow decades ago.

Dunham still isn’t letting Allen off regarding Farrow’s recent open letter accusing her father of those horrific actions.

Dunham told podcaster Marc Maron where she stands on the Allen/Farrow debate, and it’s a position shared by few of her celebrity colleagues.

In the latest Woody Allen debate I am decidedly Pro-Dylan Farrow and decidedly disgusted with Woody Allen’s behavior. But for me, when people go through his work and comb through it for evidence of child molestation, that’s not the fucking point,” says Dunham, who has been very vocal on Twitter about the importance of victims of sexual abuse speaking out. “I’m not comfortable living in a world where art is how we convict people of crimes.
